All Rutgers University–New Brunswick students are eligible for RUSLS. No fees are charged for the lawyer’s services, although clients are responsible for any and all court fees, judgments, etc.
All persons have equal access to RUSLS services, programs, and facilities without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait, marital status, civil union status, domestic partnership status, military service, veteran status, and any other category protected by law.
